Meet Peggy Chan

Peggy Chan moved to Charlotte, NC with her family from Hong Kong in the early 1990s and has called North Carolina her home ever since. She entered the real estate industry as a paralegal while in high school and earned her real estate salesperson license while attending The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After receiving her bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Political Science & Communication Studies, Peggy continued to work as a real estate paralegal and a Realtor with her own firm for 10 years.

In 2011, Peggy joined the mortgage industry as a licensed mortgage loan originator. In the last 10 years, she has become a top producing loan officer with licensures in 27 states. Peggy has helped countless home buyers and homeowners with their mortgage needs. While not talking or thinking about mortgage, Peggy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being a fun aunt to her niece and nephew, travelling, and eating delicious food around the world.

Peggy takes pride in being knowledgeable about all things mortgages.
